Sound does NOT work

Very unhappy. Whats the use if I cant hear pronunciation? Tried to contact support but tried the code enter at bottom (to prevent spam) almost 20 times and know I entered it right and it still did not work. Almost feel like I was scammed. Reviews deceived me.
