By far, this is the most impressive Thai phrase book on the App Store. Its fun application, and in every situation I use Language Hostess I received huge Thai Smiles and complements. Again, by far the best Thai phrase book on the App Store.

This app can really help you learn Thai. Like anything you will only get out of it what you put in, but the app is easy and fun to use. Its nice to be able to read and hear the words.

This is a really good app. Lots and lots of the most commonly used terms and phrases, and having native Thai speakers helps a lot with the pronounciation.

This is an excellent program for beginners to learn to speak Thai. The beautiful Thai ladies deliver clear pronunciation in Thai-- makes learning Thai fun! It works well offline. You cant beat it for the price. I hope they come out with a comprehensive Thai dictionary with a similar format--I would immediately purchase it. So far this is the best program Ive seen online for learning Thai. I highly recommend this program.

This is easily the best Thai learning app for the iPad if you want to learn phrases that are useful. It is also very convenient to use on my iPhone around town. The best part is it has a favorites bar where phrase buttons are added for phrases that you want to remember. It would be be perfect if you could also use a fullscreen video mode on the iPad to enjoy the Language Hostess a little more and also have larger writing, but I still give it 5 stars.

The best app Ive ever seen were simple phrase book application of a foreign language. Not only are the phonetic spellings right but you get to hear it actually spoken which is immensely helpful...

Great phrases for travel. My goal is to memorize about 15-20 of the most important phrases ( please, thank you, etc.) for my trip and this presents them in three ways: audibly, written and visually. A great approach.
